Come funziona
The package allows you to obtain 50 training credits, can be purchased at any time and includes 5 supervisions. To encourage the exchange of information and the creation of a solid comparison group, we decided to establish a period of time within which to take advantage of the supervisions: therefore, the package will include 5 meetings to be held in 7 months.
Cost
The cost for participation is €220 + VAT (discounts are available for InCoGE members). It is not possible to register for a single group meeting but it is possible to register for individual supervisions.

You will receive the Zoom* link to the supervisions by email.
Wait for the first date, connect and start the supervisions: work in a team, meet colleagues, clarify your doubts, share your opinion. Integrated work and mutual support are essential!

Cosa sono
Psychological supervision is a context in which a therapist presents intricate clinical situations to a more experienced colleague. The supervisor provides an external analysis of the cases, assessing the situation, developments and any challenges.
During supervision, the therapist presents clinical cases to receive feedback, deepen understanding of the cases, explore different perspectives, and refine their clinical skills. The supervisor provides an outside perspective and can help identify blind spots or areas for improvement, thus contributing to the supervised therapist's learning and growth process. This practice contributes significantly to the quality of the therapeutic intervention and patient safety.

The Centro Studi Famiglia adheres to the supervision groups set out in the LEPS 2.7.2 sheet “Supervision of social services personnel” attached to the National Plan of Interventions and Social Services 2021-2023 aimed at supporting the Areas in drafting the project sheet for the supervision of social workers envisaged by sub-component 1.1.4 of Mission 5, C2 of the PNRR.
